Games, puzzles and the paper pile

Steps 6 and 7 of Let It Fall get you ready for long evenings.

Games & Puzzles. Long nights are made for games, which is a good reason to make sure the ones on the shelf actually work. Let go of puzzles with missing pieces, sets with broken parts, and games nobody wants to play anymore. Complete games in good condition are welcome at many thrift stores, schools and community centers.

Paper Pile. Mail, school flyers, receipts, old manuals. Recycle what's done, file what matters, and go digital where you can. A quick test for each piece: will I ever need to find this? If not, recycle it.

Paper is easy to log in bulk. Count the recycle pile at the end and add it as one entry with that quantity. Expect to see a lot of leaves fall from the tree in one go. Paper is good for that.
